I hope the above tells you a little bit of what you can expect from ‘girl verses gluten’. My name is Devon, I’m an aspiring singer and I’m celiac. One really doesn’t expect much to do with the other, but they are both a huge part of my life.
I want to talk about restaurants and gf products and resources and gf experiences (the good and the bad), I want to talk about music and finding my way in that business; your body needs to be strong to sing an opera and you need food to give you that energy.
Hopefully my adventures can benefit fellow celiacs or at least provide the occasional laugh.
